Innecto Reward Consulting is the largest independent UK reward consultancy, supporting over 100 clients in the last year alone. Digital Product Manager

Salary £42,000 to £54,000 DOE
Home based with travel to office and client’s premises as required

As a result of business growth, we have identified a new, exciting role for a Digital Product Manager who will support the Director of Business Innovation with the day-to-day management, product development and maintenance of our Innecto Digital SaaS platform and supporting toolkit. 

We have 3 key reward products with exciting roadmaps for development and integration and we see this role as a key part of the Innecto Digital team, acting as the conduit between IT, marketing and the client facing analyst / consultancy account management teams. The role will ensure development roadmaps are maintained and effectively communicated to deliver maximum sales growth and client retention. 

We have recently moved to an AWS platform to further enable our future integration plans and as the product expert, this role will own and mange the processes between development and delivery, working with our IT team to onboard new clients to the platform, deliver data migrations and ongoing management of development and fixes.  

Key activities include:

  • Take responsibility for the resolution of Innecto Digital general and technical queries.
  • Work with Personal Group IT team for resolution of issues and ongoing development of Innecto Digital
  • Work closely with the entire Innecto Consulting team, Design & Marketing, IT, and wider Personal Group teams to leverage opportunities and continuously evolve and promote Innecto Digital
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Innecto Digital products to maintain our leading position 
  • Contribute to exploring innovative solutions to help meet commercial and client objectives   
  • Timely delivery of product, feature and functionality changes using Agile and Sprint practices to test and rapidly deliver product value to our clients
  • Renewal and market research, communicating upgrades and help guides and delivery of platform
  • Work closely with the Innecto Consulting team in the effective account management of Innecto Digital
  • Analyze existing data and identify data opportunities, which will provide commercial information, including competitive insight and market data
  • Work with Marketing to ensure existing clients are leveraging all the features and functionality

What are we looking for? 

  • Experience in the development and maintenance of digital/SaaS offerings 
  • Able to track results within a highly competitive digital environment, with a strong understanding of the KPIs measured along the digital value chain 
  • A track record of delivering on agreed objectives 
  • Experience will typically have been gained through working in a fast-paced, digital tech company
  • Customer-centric with a growth mindset 
  • Analytical, use data to help lead decision making 
  • Understand the practical implications of evolving and launching new features and products

Digital Marketing Executive

Salary up to £33,000 D.O.E
Home based with travel to office and client’s premises as required

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with a flair for digital to support us in the delivery of the marketing plan across all channels, but focussing on the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

Supporting the Marketing Manager in the scoping out, planning and management of multi-channel digital campaigns across Content, Social, SEO, PPC and CRM/marketing automation (Force 24 / Salesforce), this role will have a real variety of activities, and opportunities to make an impact on the business. 

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media in line with the wider marketing plan
  • Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
  • Execution and support of campaign plans from concept through to launch and reporting/tracking 
  • Maintain the blog schedule, ensure delivery of blogs from the wider team, and oversee the proofing process with the Copywriter.
  • Support with the creation and management of campaigns and campaign materials, including emails, digital ads, social posts, data lists etc.
  • Working with and overseeing the work of external agencies, such as PPC agencies, who will maintain accounts on our behalf. 

What are we looking for? 

  • Experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar.
  • A qualification in Marketing or Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience planning, overseeing and reporting on multiple marketing campaigns.
  • IT Skills – Office Suite (in particular Word, Excel, PPT) – essential.
  • IT Skills – HTML, Salesforce.com, Adobe Suite, Email Platform (any), Website CRM (any) – desirable.

Reward Analyst

Salary £25,000 to £32,000 DOE
Home based with travel to office and clients premises as required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reward Analyst to join our growing reward consultancy team.
 
This is an integral role within our busy team, as the Reward Analyst contributes to the successful development and delivery of client Reward projects. 

No two days will be the same as you undertake data collation, manipulation, analysis, research, and production of reports in the areas of Equal pay audits / Gender pay gap reporting, pay/benefits data benchmarking. We see this as an evolving role with the right person eventually working towards supporting the creation of pay structures and bonus scheme design/modelling.

Day to day activities will include:

  • Analysis and manipulation of client pay and benefits data using Excel – sorting, collating, and checking client data submissions/downloads with subsequent analytical modelling using our established excel tools.
  • Drafting client reports and graphs for checking by Reward Consultants before onward presentation to client managers (both HR and line) to support key HR practices such as equal pay audits, specific gender pay gap reporting, annual salary reviews, and pay, bonus and benefits benchmarking. 
  • Supporting the Innecto Digital Product Manager with new client set-up: setting up new client users, handling support queries, basic fault rectification, liaison with IT and Reward Consultants to deliver service provision to clients
  • Liaising with salary survey providers and publishers, checking and extracting relevant data sets, preparing client data submissions and undertaking related administration 
  • Some evaluation and matching of standard client jobs into existing pay frameworks
  • Communication (via telephone, e-mail and eventually face-to-face) with external clients and suppliers to progress projects and sort queries
  • Handling and resolving queries from client representatives regarding pay and benefits projects
  • Researching market information – survey providers, Government regulation updates, industry practices and publications, benchmarking data, advising the Analyst Team and Reward Consultants on any findings and options for change
  • Working as an active team member, sharing knowledge with other team members in areas of equal pay, pay benchmarking and salary data generally

What are we looking for? 

  • University Degree in Business/Numerical related subject is desirable but not essential
  • Advanced level of proficiency in M/S Excel, intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint
  • Some proficiency in handling and analysing large sets of data in M/S Excel with the ability to understand and use a variety of functions and formulas including Lookups, Logical and statistical formulas/arguments, Charts and graphs, Pivot tables, Data validation, Conditional formatting etc.
  • General understanding of HR and wider business issues in the knowledge economy
  • Research skills
