Following a significant rise in UK staycations during and after the pandemic, the Caravan and Motorhome Club experienced growth in both membership and demand for services. At the same time, it needed to modernise its employee experience to engage a more diverse workforce, improve retention, and better connect remote site-based employees with the wider organisation.

Innecto partnered with the Caravan and Motorhome Club to review roles, benchmark pay, and create a more strategic approach to reward. Alongside developing a transparent pay framework and job architecture, we helped design a recognition programme that strengthened employee engagement and connection across the Club, delivered through the HAPI platform.
