Our solution

Working in partnership with Innecto consultants, Accent used Evaluate to apply a Job Evaluation methodology that suited their specific roles. They also created a bespoke hybrid pay structure that drew from private and specialist sector data and used Pay Lab to apply that model fairly to all colleagues. With Innecto’s support, they also audited their benefits offering to gauge competitiveness, engagement and overall value to workers.

The outcome

Initial survey feedback from colleagues has been extremely positive, now scoring their pay at 83% and their benefits 93% for fairness.
