The 2018 Sporting Bodies Survey is here
Posted on 22 February 2018
Innecto Reward Consulting is pleased to announce the 5th edition of our survey, Making Sport Happen: Pay and Conditions in the Sporting Sector. The survey aims to address the continued lack of commercially available pay data for the sporting niche.
The report is this year communicated in two formats - the familiar Silver Report and for the first time, Gold reports are available to all participants via a complimentary subscription to PayLab, Innecto’s innovative digital reward platform.
PayLab features detailed quantitative analysis on surveyed roles, and plots participant data against this year’s established market ranges.
The accompanying Silver Report features detailed quantitative analysis on surveyed roles, and offers generic qualitative analysis and commentary applied to the whole participant sample.
The survey contributors for the 5th edition are:
- British Canoeing
- British Cycling Federation
- British Horseracing Authority
- British Mountaineering Council
- British Triathlon Federation
- England and Wales Cricket Board
- England Athletics
- European Tour
- England Netball
- Rugby Football League
- Royal Yachting Association
- Swim England
- The FA
- UK Athletics
We would like to thank all participating organisations for contributing to the report and taking the time to prepare their data submissions and participate in the interview sessions. We would also like to thank our sponsors, Barnett Waddingham LLP, for their contribution to the production costs. We hope that it will provide a useful tool in management of pay, benefits and conditions within the sporting niche, and if this report is once again well received, we intend to continue running it in years to come.
