Innecto Reward Community Update

During these uncertain times, we have been looking for ways we can continue to provide support, advice and guidance to our reward community. To that end, we are rolling out a number of new initiatives – completely free of charge – exclusively for the Innecto Reward Community. 

LinkedIn Group
Our new closed LinkedIn group is for HR and reward professionals only. Operating under Chatham House rules, the group will provide a space for discussing issues and ideas.

We are mindful that during this period of disruption caused by the rapid spread of the Coronavirus, many HR professionals are having to quickly adapt and evolve working practices, and often finding the best route forward can be challenging. Our hope with this group is that like-minded professionals will be able to come together and discuss these challenges and provide support and guidance to each other at this difficult time. The Innecto team will also be on-hand to give advice within this group, so we can all navigate this landscape together. If you’d like to join the group, please click here.

Live Chat 
We have enabled a live chat function on our website to allow you to get in contact with our Reward Consultants as and when you need to. We are on-hand to answer quick questions and queries you may have with an instant reply. Outside of office hours, you can use the function to send us an email which we will respond to as soon as we are back in the office. To use our new Live Chat service, simply visit www.innecto.com and click on the “Chat with us” icon in the bottom right of the screen.

Webinar Series
After Easter, we will be running a series of webinars across a variety of topics, including those focusing on how to navigate this rather surreal time of self-isolation, as well as more reward-specific topics such as Gender Pay. Please keep your eye out for communications on these as we will be emailing details out in the near future!

Reward Clinics
We appreciate gaps maybe appearing in your in-house reward functions. Our reward clinics will be opening from next week and will provide you with the opportunity to pick the brains of our Reward Consultancy team. We will be offering these in slots throughout the week, and the format will allow you to ask any burning questions you might have. Again, keep an eye out for the schedule of these which will be landing this week. 

Reward Insights
We will of course be continuing to provide insights articles on our website and will email these to you via our newsletter. Also, be sure to follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn to make sure you stay up to date on industry news and relevant updates.
