We’re hearing from our Reward Community how hard everyone is working to protect and support their employees during this difficult time.

To this end, we’d like to highlight a new service from our parent company Personal Group which may be helpful.

Personal Group are introducing a company paid Emergency Employee Protection Plan that contains:

Personal Group have been supporting the emotional and financial wellbeing of employees in the UK for over 35 years and are proud to support the UK’s workforce during this period of disruption and cover claims for Covid-19.

The Emergency Employee Protection Plan covers your entire workforce for a period of six months and provides every employee with the added security that, should they become sick, the plan will support them emotionally and financially.

  • Hospital Cash Plan pays your employee a daily sum for every night they are in hospital
  • Death Benefit pays a lump sum to their estate should the worst happen
  • 24/7 access to an online GP service for all employees so they can talk to a doctor when they really need it most
  • 24/7 access to an Employee Assistance Programme which they can call to get support and advice on work and personal issues.
