Professions such as HR, Finance and Marketing have many women working at a senior level. But why are men still dominating the top jobs (global and board roles)? Innecto Reward Consulting and ResourceBank Executive recently partnered to deliver an intimate seminar for senior professional women tackling this issue, at the Savoy Hotel in London. Sarah Hopkins, Director at ResourceBank, shared her insights into the executive recruitment market, including her top tips for reaching that final rung on the career ladder in the current market.

She has a creative, pragmatic and insightful approach that enables her clients to realise their professional goals and aspirations. Jo shared her knowlegde of the 'Talent Gap' and the gender differences in career development.
