We are now looking to hire a Senior Reward Analyst!

 Innecto Reward Consulting is a growing, specialist management consultancy providing advice and delivery capacity to organisations around managing pay. With 10 years of trading history behind us and still owned/managed by the founding Directors, we undertake a range of activities, from helping clients formulate strategy/policy, through design of pay structures and bonus schemes, to undertaking project delivery in areas such as pay benchmarking and job evaluation.

We are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Reward Analyst to support our ongoing development.The job involves working on interesting pay benchmarking, pay structure and bonus scheme design projects for a variety of clients ranging from major corporates through to ‘fast growth’ IT companies, TV broadcasters, innovative retailers, Premiership football clubs and sporting bodies. 

Working for Innecto is all about being given responsibility and flexibility – you will be working on interesting and ‘high-profile’ projects within days of joining!

This role could be either full or part-time (minimum 24 hours per week), with some flexibility around working hours. The role would ideally be based in our office in Pewsey, Wiltshire, which is within 45 minutes drive of Swindon, Newbury, Salisbury, Chippenham etc or 30 minutes by train from Reading. Alternatively, we would consider applicants who are interested in home working and are either living in the North West of England or within two hours travel of London.
