Personal Group Acquires QCG

We are delighted to share that our parent company, Personal Group Holdings, have acquired fellow reward consultancy, QCG.
QCG was founded in 2000 and has become a leading HR consultancy business supporting a wide range of public and private sector organisations, providing consultancy services across employee experience, reward and recognition and has a strong pay benchmarking survey practice. Its clients include the British Transport Police, the Confederation of British Industry, Ofcom, The Southbank Centre, Siemens and Yoox Net-a-Porter Group.
As a Group we are now able to offer our collective client base end to end client solutions; pay and reward, engagement, wellbeing, benefits, and comms support. The QCG range of consultancy services complements our own existing portfolio and will enable us to enhance the service we deliver through access to their market insights and employee value proposition diagnostics.
Like Innecto, QCG will remain an independent limited company, but their acquisition represents a fantastic opportunity for us to work alongside each other under the Personal Group umbrella and share knowledge and expertise.
