Introducing Innecto TV

Working with so many broadcast media companies has obviously rubbed off as we launch the Innecto YouTube channel. We’ve created a series of short and interesting pay and reward videos to provide you with quick and easy-to-access information, along with our thoughts and opinions on the topics of the day. We have launched the channel with four new videos:
- Executive pay part 1 – Dispelling the myths of exec pay
- Executive pay part 2 – The future of exec pay
- Mind the (Gender Pay) gap – Deborah Rees gives her view on where we are with equal pay, 40 years after the Equal Pay Act was introduced.
- Rewarding the new generation – A discussion between Innecto Directors, Deborah Rees and Justine Woolf on the role reward has to play in attracting and retaining generation Y top talent.
