We’ll analyse the year’s hot topics, helping you not only survive, but maximise the opportunities they provide.
Alongside this, we will be focusing on the concept of employee lifetime value, and considering how organisations can get employees off the blocks and off to a good start. Then as they accelerate, support them so they can extend their peak performance for as long as possible, but equally being able to recognise the signs of decline.
