About Genni
Since joining Innecto, Genni has worked on various projects in delivering pay and benefits benchmarking, job evaluation, pay gap reporting, and pay transparency analytics. Recent clients she has worked with include The Pensions Regulator, Arriva TrainCare, MS Society, Oxfam, and the Royal Opera House.
Genni has a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Oxford Brookes University and is CIPD level 5 qualified in Human Resource Management.
