Senior Reward Analyst

Asha joined Innecto from past client Net-a-Porter, where she was a Senior Reward Analyst. She has worked as a Reward Analyst at several well-known UK and international organisations, including Accenture, Tesco, Pizza Hut and Ladbrokes. Her extensive and recent in-house experience means she understands our clients’ challenges and supports them in moving towards practical and cost-effective solutions. 

Asha holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems from Kingston University. Her specialisms include many of Innecto’s core services, such as pay benchmarking, job evaluation and grading. 

Currently Asha supports the delivery of a range of pay and reward projects at Innecto. She continues to build strong relationships with our client base, including projects with the Caravan & Motorhome Club, Buzz Bingo and Boden.
