Spring Webinar Series: The Changing Landscape of Pay and Reward
08 July 2020
Our Director of Innovation and Senior Principal Consultant, Sarah Lardner, is joined by Carolyn Walker, Human Resources Operations Director at Randstad, to discuss how organisations can best navigate the changing landscape of pay and reward. Innecto is already starting to deal with virtual and pivoting organisations. We are encouraging our clients to have an eye on what is coming down the line, in terms of recruiting for new or completely different roles entirely, understanding market premiums on what could be hard to source and expensive skills, understanding global market rates and cost of living differentials for their mobile or adapted workforce and whether they need to even about that, and lastly understand the potential costs to the business of losing key and expensive skills and having to re-hire them in. The webinar is to arm the participants with insight into what is coming down the line or potential war on talent, identify some key triggers and ask the right questions of their senior leadership team to act quickly to not be left behind and be caught out.
