Spring Webinar Series: Building Trust Through Transparency

Webinars

29 April 2020

We're thrilled to have Valerie Hughes-D'Aeth joining our very own Justine Woolf for the first of our Spring Webinar series:

Building Trust Through Transparency

Wednesday 29th April, 11.30am

Valerie, who led the BBC HR team through the fallout experienced from the initial publication of salaries of the highest earners and the equal pay claims that followed, has very kindly agreed to join us to share some of her experiences, particularly around changing the focus to rebuild trust around pay and how we use this learning now as we not only deal with an active crisis but what we need to consider as we emerge out the other side.

We are clearly going through challenging times right now and whilst the focus for many of us is managing re-actively to the challenges thrown at us on a daily basis, it is really important that we don’t lose sight of the need to ensure our pay practices and responses are seen as fair on an individual level.
