His focus is on pay benchmarking, job evaluation and pay gap analysis. He has a passion for understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data and
Mark has a BA in Accounting from the University of Lincoln. Prior to working at Innecto, Mark worked as an Accountant for several different companies.
