Lisa Trewhitt
Lead Consultant
Lisa joined Innecto in July 2021 as Lead Reward Consultant. She has over twenty years’ experience working in Reward, having started her career as an Executive Compensation Analyst and Researcher, before moving into Reward consulting where her real passion lies.
Lisa spent several years at Incomes Data Services as a Reward Consultant and Senior Project Manager, working for clients across the public and private sectors on a range of topics including job evaluation, pay benchmarking, bespoke pay surveys, competencies and employee engagement. Lisa then moved to Willis Towers Watson as a Consultant in the General Reward practice, where she acquired an extremely diverse client portfolio and a deep knowledge of several methodologies including the Global Grading System and Career Map.
She has also worked as a contract Reward Consultant for Kings College London and the Financial Conduct Authority. Most recently, Lisa has led the Reward workstream of a UK-wide project at Airbus Defence and Space to transform legacy pay and grading practices, policies and processes, and was also a member of an international project team for an Airbus Group-wide project covering grading and pay.
Lisa also has significant project management experience and is an accredited PRINCE 2 ® Agile Practitioner. She has a degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Industrial Relations.
