Judith joins Innecto with over 15 years' expertise in reward and HR.

She has worked as a consultant at Mercer, EY and McLagan covering a wide range of organisations in both the private and public sector. Judith has also held senior positions in the reward teams at Standard Chartered Bank and AmTrust International and has specialist knowledge of reward in the financial services sector. 

Judith has led projects encompassing reward strategy design and implementation (including executive reward), reward governance and effectiveness, organisational design (including job structures and competency frameworks), HR change management, HR due-diligence and post-merger integration.

She has also managed day-to-day reward function activities and pay review cycles.
