Reward Consultant

Alastair joined Innecto in early 2016 and has over a decade of experience in HR. He works closely with Innecto's team of Client Directors, including recent projects with high-profile names such as UCAS, Caffè Nero, MIND, Sage Publishing, and Les Ambassadeurs Club. 

Alastair has particular expertise in Innecto's core services of benchmarking, job evaluation and gender pay, but also enjoys more inventive projects like recognition schemes and curated benefits offers. He delivers hands-on training in our proprietary job evaluation system Evaluate for clients such as ITN, B Braun Medical, Deluxe Media and L3-TRL Technology. 

Alastair holds a BA in French and German from the University of Bristol and a PGDip in Human Resources Management from UWE.

Previously, Alastair has worked as a Compensation and Benefits relocation consultant and had an eight-year career at Accolade Wines, where he was HR Systems & Reward Analyst.
