We're hiring: Client Director

We are looking for a Reward Client Director to partner with our clients to develop and implement reward strategies that drive performance throughout the organisation.
Innecto Reward Consulting have been established for 17 years and we have grown into the UK’s largest independent reward consultancy. We have built a strong client base including many household names such as Arsenal FC, Sky, Caffe Nero and Boden by combining leading industry knowledge and developing our own proprietary software solutions.
In an increasingly complex and demanding market, our Reward Client Directors support our clients with a range of reward strategies including designing pay structures that provide transparency around remuneration, job mapping and evaluation, incentive scheme design, executive pay, Remuneration Committee advice and equal/gender pay gap reporting.
You will have substantial experience in a senior reward role leading reward teams or through working for a reward consultancy. Alternatively, you may be a HR Director with a strong reward remit. As Reward Client Director you will lead a diverse range of complex and innovative reward projects for a range of clients from equity backed, fast growth to the more established and bigger corporations.
Using your knowledge of the reward landscape and your business development skills, supported by a great marketing strategy and leveraging your network to best effect, you will identify and win new programmes of work, leading the delivery alongside a highly experienced and knowledgeable team of consultants.

This role can be home based although travel to our offices in Marlborough or London on a regular basis is required. There will also be a reasonable amount of travel to client sites which can be UK wide although are primarily based in the South.
