Gender pay reporting is here. Businesses with 250 employees or more will need to publish their gender pay gap by 4 April 2018. That pay gap will be based on a snapshot of ordinary pay (base pay and allowances) and bonus paid during the previous 12 months. The data gathering requirements are significant, so proactive and forward-thinking organisations are taking action now.
