Gender Pay Reporting
Gender pay reporting is here. From April 2017, businesses with 250 employees or more will need to publish their gender pay gap. That pay gap will be based on a snapshot of ordinary pay (base pay and allowances) and bonus paid during the previous 12 months. The snapshot date for reporting has moved from 30 April to 5 April. The data gathering requirements are significant so proactive and forward thinking organisations are taking action now.
