Lane4: Creating a 'winning' framework for a 'winning' organisation
Innecto are experts at developing reward structures that help growing companies become more competitive and attractive as employers. One such client is Lane4, a performance development consultancy working in the fields of organisational change, leadership development and executive coaching. Already recognised by its employees as an excellent place to work Lane4 had made the top 100 for the sixth consecutive year in the Sunday Times, Best Small Companies list, although relatively speaking reward did not compare as highly as other areas in the survey.
Innecto began by working with Lane4 on a comprehensive plan covering reward strategy, career framework, external benchmarking, pay and grading structure and equal pay. We then moved onto working with the board to set out a reward philosophy and firm strategic foundation. Following that we supported them through market benchmarking and creating a career framework.
With Innecto's help Lane4 are now looking at benefits and are running reward focus groups to encourage employee engagement and increase understanding about total reward.
